1. The service

Brainsay provides AI-assisted translation and rewriting of text you submit through our browser extension. The service is currently in beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; Free plan limits apply per account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Brainsay to produce unlawful, harassing or deceptive content, to impersonate others, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the text you submit and to the translations you receive. You grant us only the permission needed to process the text for the moment of translation. We do not store it (see the Privacy Policy).

5. AI output

Translations are generated by an AI model and may contain errors. Review important messages before sending. Brainsay is not a substitute for certified translation of legal, medical or financial documents.

6. Plans and payment

Free, Pro and Premium plans are described on the site. Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled any time; cancellation stops future charges. Beta pricing may change with notice.

7. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 4, 5 and 7 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Contact: hello@brainsay.app.

Brainsay предоставляет перевод и переписывание текста с помощью ИИ через расширение для браузера. Сервис в бете: функции могут меняться, доступность не гарантируется.

2. Аккаунт

Вход — через аккаунт Google. Вы отвечаете за действия под своим аккаунтом. Один человек — один аккаунт; лимиты бесплатного тарифа действуют на аккаунт.

3. Допустимое использование

Нельзя использовать Brainsay для создания незаконного, оскорбительного или вводящего в заблуждение контента, выдачи себя за других, атак или перегрузки сервиса. Такие аккаунты могут быть заблокированы.

4. Ваш контент

Все права на отправленный текст и полученные переводы остаются у вас. Мы получаем только разрешение обработать текст в момент перевода. Мы его не храним (см. Политику конфиденциальности).

5. Результат ИИ

Переводы создаёт модель ИИ, в них возможны ошибки. Проверяйте важные сообщения перед отправкой. Brainsay не заменяет заверенный перевод юридических, медицинских и финансовых документов.

6. Тарифы и оплата

Тарифы Free, Pro и Premium описаны на сайте. Платные тарифы списываются ежемесячно и отменяются в любой момент; отмена останавливает будущие списания. Цены на время беты могут меняться с уведомлением.

7. Гарантии и ответственность

Сервис предоставляется «как есть». В пределах, допустимых законом, мы не отвечаем за косвенные убытки; общая ответственность ограничена суммой, уплаченной за предыдущие три месяца.

8. Прекращение

Вы можете удалить аккаунт в любой момент. Мы можем закрыть аккаунт за нарушение условий. Разделы 4, 5 и 7 действуют и после прекращения.

9. Право
